1. Acceptance

We provide software development, web and mobile application development, software publishing, IT consulting and support. Scope, price and timeline are set out in a written quote or agreement for each project.
3. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for the period stated in them. Payment terms are agreed in writing before work starts. GST is charged where applicable.
4. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback and the materials needed for the work, and to use deliverables lawfully.
5. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of custom deliverables passes to you after full payment. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how.
6. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other's confidential project information private and use it only for the project.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorised access or copy its content without permission.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for a project is limited to the fees paid for that project.
9. Termination
Either party may end a project by written notice. Fees for work completed up to that point remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction.
