Refund and Cancellation Policy
How we handle your information and our working terms.

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid software development, consulting and support services from Akash Enterprises. Specific terms in your signed quote or agreement take priority.
2. Cancellation by you
You may cancel a project by written notice at any time. Fees for work completed and costs already incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.
3. Advance payments
Advance payments are applied to the agreed work. If you cancel before work begins, the advance is refunded after deducting any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
4. Refunds
If we cannot deliver the agreed scope, we will refund the part of the fees that relates to work not delivered. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of approval.
5. Revisions and defects
We fix defects in delivered work that do not meet the agreed specification, at no extra charge, within the period stated in the quote.
6. Cancellation by us
If we must cancel a project, we will tell you in writing and refund any payment for work not yet delivered.
